A Brief Introduction of CIFIT
The Planning Center of China International Fair For Investment & Trade (CIFIT) was founded in 1996, which was approved by the Fujian Provincial Government, and is an institution with the status of a legal person. It is the standing service body of the Organizing Committee of CIFIT. The main functions of the Planning Center is to carry out the general image planning for CIFIT, the national investment promotion fair; the research of the way of running CIFIT and its development, the management, protection and development of the emblem of “9.8” Golden Key, and other related services of investment promotion and commerce.
There are Emblem Management Department, Exhibition Planning Department, Investment Promotion Department and Commercial Service Department in the Planning Center. In line with the aim of “communicating with the people of the world, promoting investment, push forward various China-foreign economic and technical cooperation and exchange”, the Planning Center dedicates to create endless commercial opportunities for all-levels local governments and Chinese and foreign merchants on the platform of exhibition activities, the base of projects integrating and negotiating, the purpose of promoting successful investment cooperation.
Fujian Province Golden Key Investment Consulting Co., ltd., as the related enterprise of the Planning Center, devotes to develop the function of investment promotion and commercial services by the way of market operation. Main Functions
Management of CIFIT Emblem:
1. To be responsible for the image propaganda and promotion of the emblem of “9.8” Golden Key;

3. To be responsible for executing the rules and regulations of using, managing and protecting of the emblem of

1. Cooperating with the Office of the Organizing Committee of CIFIT, to take part in the general planning of “9.8”
CIFIT and the research of the way of running CIFIT and its development;
2. To plan, organize and implement all kinds of fairs for investment & trade at home and abroad, international fairs,
seminars and exhibitions and shows;
3. To provide services of planning, organizing all kinds of special international investment invitation meetings,
negotiation meetings, introduction meetings and commercial forums for all-levels local governments and organizations.
Promotion of Investment
1. To provide information consulting services of investment projects and trade opportunities both domestic and
overseas;
2. To provide coordinated services of integrating, tracing and dealing for investors to find projects;
3. To provide services of investment projects packaging, market investigation, feasibility study, investing and
financing;
4. To provide services for domestic enterprises to be listed abroad;
5. To provide services for the “Going Abroad” enterprises to find cooperative opportunities outside of China.
Commercial Services
1. To organize, to be the agent of all groups and individuals to execute commercial investigation, taking part in
meetings and exhibitions at home and abroad;
2. To undertake business visits for foreign enterprises in China, to provide the commercial visit invitation;
3. To conduct the affairs of getting approving documents from related departments of the government for the
foreign enterprises and provide related services;
4. To provide consulting services for foreign organizations to set up offices in Fujian and handle the affairs
on their behalf;
5. To provide consulting services for domestic enterprises to set up branches in foreign countries and handle
the affairs on their behalf.
